Extra coaching helps black adults jump-start weight loss in diabetes prevention

Summary
This study tests whether giving extra support—like phone calls and added resources—to Black adults who don't lose weight early in a community diabetes prevention program can help them succeed. About 400 participants from churches and community centers will take part. The goal is to see if this personalized boost leads to more weight loss and better health.
