Summary
This study looks at whether adding five extra services—like peer support, digital outreach, and family therapy—to standard care helps people with early psychosis stay in treatment longer. About 350 participants from six clinics will either get standard care or the enhanced version. The goal is to see if the extra services increase the number of clinic visits in the first year.
