Summary
This study compares standard coordinated specialty care (CSC) to an enhanced version (CSC 2.0) that adds peer support, digital outreach, care coordination, family therapy, and cognitive training. About 350 people starting treatment for first-episode psychosis will take part. Researchers want to see if the extra services help people stay in care longer during their first year.
