Summary
This study looks at whether a program that combines computer-based brain exercises with engaging leisure activities can help people who feel their memory is getting worse. Researchers will measure changes in memory, thinking skills, and brain health over two years. The study involves 144 adults in Montreal and Toronto who have memory concerns but no dementia diagnosis.
