Summary

This study looks at whether a program that combines computer-based brain exercises with engaging leisure activities can help people who feel their memory is slipping. About 144 adults who notice memory changes but do not have dementia will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves memory, daily function, and brain health over two years.
