Promising drug targets rare salivary gland cancer in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether the drug enfortumab vedotin can shrink or slow the growth of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) that has spread or come back. About 34 adults with advanced ACC will receive the drug and be monitored for side effects and tumor response. The goal is to find a new treatment option for this rare cancer.
