Summary
This study tests if a mobile app called EnergyPoints can help cancer survivors reduce fatigue and improve sleep by guiding them through self-acupressure. About 180 people who have or had cancer and feel at least moderately tired will use the app daily and wear a Fitbit. Participants are randomly assigned to start the 6-week program right away or after a waiting period. Risks are low, mainly minor soreness, and the study is done entirely from home.
