First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests if a mobile app called EnergyPoints can help cancer survivors reduce fatigue and improve sleep by guiding them to do acupressure on themselves. About 180 people who have or had cancer and feel at least moderately tired will join from home, using the app and wearing a Fitbit. Participants are randomly placed into two groups: one starts the 6-week acupressure program right away, and the other waits 6 weeks before starting. The goal is to see if this simple, self-guided technique can make a real difference in daily energy and rest.
