Summary
This study looked at how a program of endurance training affects exercise ability in postmenopausal women who have trouble exercising. 43 women under 70 with unexplained shortness of breath participated. Researchers measured changes in fitness and muscle oxygen levels to understand how menopause might influence the body's response to exercise.
