Summary
This study tests two minimally invasive procedures that reduce stomach size to help with weight loss. It involves 184 adults aged 21–65 with obesity (BMI 30–50) who have not lost weight through diet or exercise alone. Participants will receive either the new EndoZip system or the established Apollo endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty, followed by diet and behavior changes. The main goal is to see how much weight is lost after 12 months.
