This study looks at whether a procedure called endovascular treatment can help people who have had a mild stroke caused by a blockage in the basilar artery, a major artery at the back of the brain. The trial will involve 230 adults who are treated within 24 hours of their stroke. The main goal is to see if this treatment leads to better recovery and less disability after 90 days compared to standard care.
