Summary
This study aims to understand if intensive, immersive training programs for endoscopy doctors are effective and provide good value for money. Researchers will compare 200 trainees who received this special training with those who did not, measuring their skill improvement, confidence, and how quickly they become certified. The goal is to help hospitals decide how best to train new endoscopy specialists.
