Summary
This study looks at whether intensive, focused training in endoscopy (a procedure to look inside the body) helps doctors learn faster and better compared to regular training. Researchers will follow 200 trainees to measure skill improvements, confidence, and costs. The goal is to find out if these training academies are a good use of resources.
