Do crash courses make better doctors? study probes cost of Fast-Track endoscopy training
NCT ID NCT07377110
Summary
This study aims to find out if intensive, short-term endoscopy training programs are worth the money and effort. Researchers will compare 200 doctors who received this 'immersion' training with those who did not, looking at their skill improvement, speed of certification, and confidence. The goal is to help hospitals decide the best and most cost-effective way to train new endoscopy specialists.
