Summary
This study looked at 113 adults with carpal tunnel syndrome to see if there is a difference in pain and hand function in the first few weeks after surgery. One group had endoscopic surgery (through a small cut) and the other had open surgery (a larger cut). The goal was to find out which method leads to less pain and faster return to daily activities and work.
