Summary
This study tests a procedure called Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) that reduces stomach size using a flexible tube through the mouth, avoiding traditional surgery. It involves 300 adults aged 18–75 with a BMI of 30 or higher who have not lost enough weight through diet, exercise, or medication.
