Summary

This study tested two pelvic floor muscle strengthening methods—EMG-biofeedback and rebound therapy—in 42 women with endometriosis. The goal was to see which better reduces pain, stress, and improves quality of life and sleep. Participants were women aged 20-50 with at least moderate pain.
