Summary
This study aims to understand how the immune system and gut bacteria are involved in endometriosis, a painful condition affecting many women. Researchers will collect tissue, blood, and stool samples from 40 women undergoing surgery for endometriosis or other benign conditions. The goal is to identify biological markers that could lead to new, non-hormonal treatments in the future.
