Summary
This study tests a new medicine called KLH-2109 to see if it works as well as a standard treatment (leuprorelin) for reducing pelvic pain in women with endometriosis. About 288 premenopausal women aged 18 and older with confirmed endometriosis will take part. The main goal is to measure pain changes using a 0-to-10 scale over 12 weeks.
