First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tracks 356 women undergoing frozen embryo transfer to see how different hormone preparations affect uterine contractions (called endometrial peristalsis) and pregnancy rates. Researchers will measure contractions at three key times and link them to pregnancy outcomes. The goal is to understand which preparation protocol creates the best environment for embryo implantation.
