Summary
This study is testing whether a blood test that detects cancer DNA can help doctors and patients decide when to stop immunotherapy treatment for advanced endometrial cancer. After one year of standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy, participants with negative blood tests may choose to stop maintenance immunotherapy. Researchers will track whether patients remain cancer-free and how this approach affects their care.
