Summary
This study aims to gather real-world data to improve how doctors decide which endometrial cancer patients need lymph node surgery. Researchers will observe 350 women receiving standard care to identify groups for whom this procedure might be safely skipped. The goal is to refine treatment guidelines so patients only undergo necessary surgeries.
