Summary
This study aims to gather real-world data to better identify which patients with early-stage endometrial cancer truly need lymph node surgery. It will follow 350 women receiving standard care to see if some can safely avoid this procedure without affecting their treatment plan. The goal is to create more personalized surgical recommendations based on detailed ultrasound and tumor analysis.
