Which radiation schedule causes less sexual side effects?

Summary
This study compares two standard radiation treatments for early-stage endometrial cancer to see which causes less sexual side effects. About 258 women who have had surgery will receive either 3 or 6 sessions of vaginal brachytherapy. The goal is to find out which schedule better preserves sexual function and quality of life.
