Summary
This study tests whether a one-day hospital visit with medical, psychological, and social support after finishing cancer treatment can improve quality of life for teens and young adults (ages 15-25) with solid tumors or lymphoma. 214 participants will be randomly assigned to receive this extra support or standard follow-up. The goal is to help patients navigate the difficult transition from active treatment to survivorship.
