Summary
This study is testing whether a daily pill called enasidenib can help control advanced cancers in the nasal cavity or skull base that have returned or spread. It is for adults whose cancers have a specific genetic change (IDH2 mutation) and have worsened after prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can slow the cancer's growth and is safe for these rare tumors.
