Summary
This study is testing whether a daily pill called enasidenib can help control rare cancers in the nasal cavity and base of the skull. It is for adults whose cancer has a specific genetic change (IDH2 mutation) and has returned or spread after prior treatment. The goal is to see if the drug can slow the cancer's growth and is safe for these patients.
