Summary
This study tests a 6-week training program for people who care for a family member with schizophrenia. The program teaches coping skills and provides support to reduce caregiver stress, improve mental well-being, and boost confidence. 66 primary caregivers will participate, and researchers will measure changes in their burden, well-being, and self-efficacy.
