Summary
This study looks at a program that helps nurses from refugee or migrant backgrounds adjust to working in the Dutch healthcare system. Researchers will ask participants and their supervisors about their experiences to find out what works well and what can be improved. The goal is to make the program better and create a more welcoming work environment. About 160 to 230 people will take part over 9 years.
