Summary
This study looks at two different ways to put a peer-led health program into practice for homeless veterans who also have substance use or mental health issues. The program, called EMPOWER, uses trained peers to help veterans connect with health services and create personal health plans. The goal is to see which approach works better and costs less, so more veterans can get the support they need.
