Summary

This study is checking how safe and well-tolerated empagliflozin (a diabetes medicine) is when taken with or without metformin. It involves about 2,000 adults with type 2 diabetes in Pakistan who are not well-controlled on their current treatment. Participants will be followed for 6 months to track side effects and blood sugar changes.
