Summary

This study tests the safety of empagliflozin, a diabetes medicine, in 44 adults with fast-growing polycystic kidney disease. Some participants also take another drug called tolvaptan. Researchers will measure changes in kidney size and function over 18 months to see if the drug helps slow disease progression.
