Summary

This study tested a program to help cancer patients improve their emotional skills after finishing treatment. 26 people with stomach or lung cancer took part. They either learned emotional skills like identifying and managing emotions, or did relaxation exercises. The goal was to see if emotional training could improve their well-being. This was a small pilot study to gather information for future research.
