Summary

This study looked at whether Emotional Freedom Technique (a type of tapping therapy) can help people who had obesity surgery feel less afraid of moving and lower their risk of bedsores. 148 adults who had the surgery took part. The results will show if this simple, drug-free approach can improve recovery and quality of life.
