Summary
This study tested whether special video games controlled by muscle signals (EMG) can improve walking in children with cerebral palsy. Thirty children aged 2 to 10 with mild to moderate CP played these games alongside physical therapy. The goal was to help them better control ankle muscles and walk more smoothly.
