ERs test quick physical therapy to stop the spin

Summary
This study is testing if having a physical therapist work right in the emergency room can help people who come in for dizziness. The goal is to see if starting therapy immediately is practical and if it helps patients feel better, avoid unnecessary tests, and make fewer return visits to the doctor. The study will enroll 100 adults at two hospitals to compare this new approach to usual emergency care.
