This study will test whether a new step-by-step emergency care plan helps maternity nurses provide better care during urgent situations. Researchers will observe 60 nurses working in obstetrics departments, emergency operating rooms, and delivery units. The goal is to see if the protocol improves how nurses handle emergencies.
