Summary
This study looked at 200 emergency nurses in Turkey to understand how often they face stressful and traumatic events at work and how these events affect them emotionally. The nurses completed a questionnaire about their experiences over the past six months. The goal was to identify common stressors and their emotional impact, which can help improve mental health support and working conditions for emergency nurses.
