Summary
This study looks at whether a physical exercise program can prevent heart damage in breast cancer patients receiving a type of chemotherapy called anthracycline. About 70 participants will be followed using heart scans and blood tests to see if exercise helps maintain heart function. The goal is to find a way to stop chemotherapy-related heart problems before they start.
