New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat bile duct cancer

Summary
This early-phase trial tests whether adding the experimental drug emavusertib to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer. About 48 adults who have not had prior treatment for their advanced cancer will receive the combination. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose.
