New drug aims to stop transplant rejection in High-Risk patients

Summary
This early-phase study tests whether the drug emapalumab can prevent the body from rejecting a stem cell transplant in patients at high risk for graft failure. About 20 participants will receive the drug after transplant. The goal is to see if blocking a specific immune signal (interferon gamma) helps the new cells survive.
