Wheelchair training boosts independence for kids with severe CP

Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week power wheelchair training program helps children with severe cerebral palsy improve their driving skills and independence. Sixteen children who cannot walk or use a manual wheelchair will be randomly assigned to training or usual care. Researchers will measure changes in wheelchair skills and how well children understand using the chair.
