Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called ELVN-002 combined with trastuzumab (and sometimes chemotherapy) in people with advanced HER2-positive cancers, including breast, colorectal, and gastric cancers. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. About 275 adults with tumors that have spread or not responded to other treatments will take part.
