Summary
This study looked at whether two types of electrotherapy (TENS and high-voltage pulsed galvanic stimulation) can reduce neck pain and improve hand function in 36 young adults aged 18–30. Participants received 20 sessions over about 7 weeks. The goal was to see if one method works better than the other or a placebo. The study is already completed.
