Summary
This study tested two types of electrotherapy (TENS and high-voltage pulsed galvanic stimulation) against a placebo in 36 young adults with neck pain. Participants received 20 sessions over about 7 weeks. Researchers measured pain levels and hand function before, after one session, and one week after treatment ended. The goal was to see which therapy worked better for pain and hand function.
