Summary
This study compares adding electrical dry needling to standard physical therapy versus physical therapy alone for people with knee osteoarthritis. About 44 adults aged 40-60 with moderate to severe knee pain will receive treatment for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in pain, knee movement, daily function, and quality of life.
