First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a special type of dry needling (with a mild electric current) to standard physical therapy can reduce pain, improve knee movement, and boost quality of life in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 44 adults aged 40-60 with moderate to severe knee arthritis will take part. The goal is to see if the combined approach works better than physical therapy alone.
