Zapping spinal cancer with a portable device

NCT ID NCT05746325

Summary

This study is testing if a portable device that creates electric fields is safe and practical for treating cancer that has spread to the lining of the spinal cord. Up to 5 patients with advanced breast or lung cancer will wear the device for most of the day to see if it can help stop tumor growth. The main goal is to see if patients can tolerate wearing the device and if it shows any early signs of helping control the disease.
