This study tested two types of hip-strengthening exercises—elastic resistance bands and free weights—in 36 adults aged 30-60 with chronic low back pain. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain, improves hip muscle strength, and increases walking speed. Results will help therapists choose the most effective exercise for managing long-term back pain.
