Summary

This study looked at whether adding elastic bands to jump exercises helps young male soccer players jump higher. Thirty-three players aged 14-15 did either band-resisted jumps, regular jumps, or their normal training for 6 weeks. Researchers measured their jump height before and after to see which group improved the most.
