Summary

This study compares two medications—elagolix and oral contraceptive pills (OCPs)—to see which works better for reducing pelvic pain caused by endometriosis. About 90 women aged 18 to 45 with confirmed endometriosis will report their pain levels over 24 weeks. The goal is to help doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.
